All information shared during the application, diagnostic, and executive advisory process including financial metrics, operational systems, visual assets, software frameworks, and personal communications is treated asstrictly confidential.

8. DATA RETENTION & THE "LIFETIME RELATIONSHIP" MODEL

We view our client engagements through a long-term lens.

  • Indefinite Retention Standard: To support ongoing executive advisory, historical design reference, site maintenance, and long-term business context, we retain client communications, project files, and application records indefinitely.
  • Your Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): If at any time you wish for your personal or business data to be permanently purged from our active systems and archives, you may submit an explicit deletion request to privacy@scalargroup.io. Upon written verification, we will permanently delete all non-legally required records within 30 calendar days.
